The service

Author Direct provides tools for authors to create profiles, list products, and optionally sell through a marketplace. Features may change as the platform evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you publish. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Marketplace listings

Authors are responsible for their product descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment. The platform may review and remove listings that violate policies or law.

Payments

When checkout is enabled, payments are processed by third-party providers. Refund and delivery terms are between buyer and seller unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to your content. You grant us a licence to display and promote your content on the platform.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
